Includes:

• Up to 1 hour of remote support per month
• Help with email, printing, WiFi and general troubleshooting
• Assistance with new device setup (laptops, tablets, phones, printers)
• Clear, jargon‑free guidance
• Optional in‑home visits available at standard rates

Ideal for users who want dependable support without managed backup or advanced security.

Tier 2: Complete Protection – £25 per month

Our most popular option, combining monthly support with secure automated backup using Synology Drive.

Includes everything in Essential, plus:

1TB Managed Cloud Backup

• Fully automated and monitored
• Secure, encrypted storage on our Synology platform
• Version history and fast recovery
• Protection against accidental deletion, hardware failure and malware

Perfect for anyone who wants peace of mind that their files and photos are safely backed up.

Tier 3: Advanced Security & Backup – £35 per month

For users who want the highest level of protection, including proactive security monitoring and alerts.

Includes everything in Complete Protection, plus:

Advanced Security Monitoring

• Continuous monitoring for suspicious or unusual activity
• Alerts for potential threats or unauthorised access attempts
• Early detection of issues before they become serious
• Enhanced visibility of system health and security

This tier gives home users enterprise‑grade protection, managed backup and monthly support in one package.

How It Works

1. Choose the support plan that suits you

Select from our three simple monthly plans: Essential Support, Complete Protection or Advanced Security & Backup. Each plan is designed to give you the right level of help, backup and protection for your home computer.

2. Complete the short signup form

Fill in your basic details so we know who you are and which plan you’d like. It only takes a minute and helps us set everything up correctly.

3. Set up your Direct Debit securely

After submitting the form, you’ll be taken to GoCardless, our trusted Direct Debit provider, to complete your payment. It’s quick, secure and fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
There’s no minimum contract, so you can cancel at any time.

4. We set up your service

Once your subscription is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange setup. This may include installing our remote support tool, configuring your backup (if included) and ensuring everything is running smoothly.

5. Enjoy reliable, ongoing support
