My first time requiring help diagnosing issues with my PC and I was quite apprehensive to use a local technician, but I can’t thank Robert at Paragon Consultants enough for his hard work. He was very thorough with his diagnosis, gave quick and consistent updates on his progress with my machine, offered invaluable advice at the end of the service, and most importantly showed an invested interest in the outcome.
